Shipping & Returns


We ship Economy most items via either UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx Ground. Shipping charges are calculated based on a combination of the weight and size of the order. Delivery time for most orders is 3-6 working days.

Outside continental United States, shipping by US Postal Service, charged by weight and destination.

Customer is responsible for all import taxes, duties or surcharges. Orders are shipped once payment has cleared the financial institution

Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours unless it is a special order. Vis a vis extra size belts etc. or during the weekend

Boulder Bag is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

To return any product purchased from, you’ll be required to follow the procedures that apply to your circumstances, outlined below

  1. Contact 801-265-8089 to obtain a Returned Authorization number (RA).
  2. Print and include the Return Authorization (RA) with your return shipment.
  3. Ship Package with the Return Authorization (RA) to:

Full refund on items that have not been worn, which are in clean and sale-able condition. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Orders can be cancelled only before shipping. If your order has been shipped you will need to obtain an RA Number.

Need to exchange something? Exchanges work like returns. Send your item back with a copy of your order. Customers are responsible for all exchange/return shipping costs.
